Help Keep Heartland Open
Heartland is solely funded by adoption fees, fundraisers, grants, and donations. Your donations for our foster dogs and cats are very much needed and appreciated! Your support is especially needed right now as we deal with the overwhelming requests to help pregnant cats and orphaned kittens, animals on death row at shelters, and owner-surrendered pets. The need is constant and our dedicated foster parents spend much of their own money to pay for supplies that are necessary for the care of our critters.
We are currently caring for more than 200 cats and kittens in foster homes, and the cost of keeping them safe is only rising. Veterinary care, medications, surgeries, supplies, food, litter - it’s all costing more and more. Our usual fundraisers are simply not bringing in enough this year.
We currently only have enough funding for 1 more month of veterinary bills.
Our current emergency campaign goal: $50,000
